Mrs. Sarah Stankus

8th Grade Homeroom, Middle School Religion, Middle School Social Studies
Mrs. Sarah Stankus serves as the 8th grade homeroom teacher and teaches Middle School Social Studies and Religion at St. Scholastica School. A dedicated member of the STS community since 2019, she holds a Master’s degree in education and brings both passion and purpose to her classroom. Mrs. Stankus especially enjoys teaching U.S. History and feels truly blessed to share the message of Jesus with her students each day. One of her greatest joys is guiding students through their final year of middle school—supporting them as they prepare for high school and walking alongside them during the many meaningful “lasts” of their time at STS. Mrs. Stankus and her husband are strong supporters of Catholic education, serving as parents, educators, coaches, and volunteers. Both are proud graduates of Catholic schools and are raising their family in the same tradition. They are the parents of four children—two St. Scholastica alumni (Classes of 2021 and 2024) and two current students (Classes of 2027 and 2029). As a family, they are deeply involved in athletics and school life and are grateful to be part of the faith-filled St. Scholastica community.
